Pisotalpak Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the Pisotalpak platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Pisotalpak after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

• You must be at least 21 years old to register and use Pisotalpak.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of using the platform.
• Each person is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Pisotalpak reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account suspension.

3. Account Rules

Your account is personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• Keep your username and password confidential at all times.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify Pisotalpak immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Pisotalpak is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Accounts showing signs of abuse, including the use of automated tools, bots, or collusion, will be suspended.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on Pisotalpak are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using accepted Philippine payment methods, including local online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed. Pisotalpak will request a valid government-issued ID and a selfie for this purpose.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same account or e-wallet used for deposit, where technically feasible.
• Pisotalpak reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if verification requirements have not been met or if the transaction triggers a fraud review.
• The funds in your account must originate from a source you personally own. Third-party payments are not permitted.

5. Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on Pisotalpak are governed by individual game rules, which are available within each game or market. General rules applicable across the platform include:

• Bets and game rounds confirmed by the system are final. Technical errors during a game round will be handled in accordance with the relevant game rules.
• Pisotalpak may void any bet or winnings if a technical fault, pricing error, or system error affected the outcome.
• Players may not use any method — including software, tools, or team play — that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Pisotalpak reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All promotions and bonuses offered on Pisotalpak are subject to individual offer terms, which are displayed alongside each active promotion in your account. General bonus rules include:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. One bonus per household or IP address applies.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are stated in each offer.
• Pisotalpak reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if an error in the offer terms is identified.
• Bonus abuse — including account duplication to claim multiple welcome offers — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Pisotalpak does not publish specific bonus percentages, amounts, or expiry dates in general terms. Refer to the Promotions section of your account for current, accurate offer details.

7. Security & Privacy

Pisotalpak uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform. OTP verification adds a second authentication layer for login and sensitive account actions. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your registered email address and mobile number.
• Pisotalpak will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat.
• Do not respond to any communication that requests your full password or PIN.

8. Responsible Gaming

Pisotalpak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available in your account:

In cases of verified fraud or serious breach, Pisotalpak may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pisotalpak provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• Pisotalpak is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, or technical issues outside our control during an active game session.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcome from any game or betting market. All gaming involves risk and no result is predictable.
• Our liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant event.

11. Changes to These Terms

Pisotalpak may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified through your registered email address or by a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continuing to use the platform after the revised terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the new terms, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
